Dear $ENS token holders, the project is really simple, so I won't take much of your time.

## IDEA
Create an open-source platform where anyone can configure and deploy tailor-made splitter with a nice name utilizing subdomains feature. Splitters will look like this:
 - **mybestfriends**.splitters.eth
 - **italytrip**.splitters.eth
 - **projectmitsue**.apple.splitters.eth

## STACK
NextJS, Typescript, Hardhat, Ethers, IPFS
> Creation of subdomains should ideally happen on Layer-2

## ASSETS
Currently the project has secured the following:

 - Web3 domain **splitters.eth**
 - Web2 domain **splitters.xyz**
 - Web2 developer in transition to Web3 (**Mitsue.eth**)

Projects eligible for the Public Goods small grants rounds have a broader scope that benefits the entire Ethereum or Web3 space.

Applicable projects should not be ENS-specific but may include ENS functionality. An example is etherJS, a developer library that has utility throughout Web3, not only for those building with ENS.
