This grant will be used to launchpad our efforts to design open-source systems that will be used by other organizations to promote more compassion, authenticity, and ambition in their communities.

With the emergence of Web3 technology, there is an opportunity to unite compassionate, authentic, and ambitious people, inspire them and provide the resources needed to build impactful communities. Our DAO will do this by creating online and offline experiences where our members can come together, share ideas, and work on impactful projects.

We've noticed that many Web3 communities lack the correct systems to incentivize compassion and authenticity. Our solution is to use our DAO to create new open-sourced systems that promote more compassion and authenticity within organizations.

It seems like a difficult task to quantify compassion and authenticity. But if we can create open-sourced governance and incentive systems that quantify compassion and authenticity in communities, we may be able to change the future of Web3.
