Website and Twitter bot that helps people save money on Ethereum transaction fees.

The Twitter account notifies people when gas on the Ethereum network is low (the threshold for "low" is updated regularly). It will tweet at most every 3 hours to avoid spam, while the name and location update every 30 seconds with live gas prices and predictions.

The website has live gas prices, predictions, and fee estimates for common Ethereum transactions including ENS registrations, NFT transfers, Gnosis Safe creation, etc. Requests for new transaction estimates are always welcome via GitHub pull requests or Twitter DM.

Impact

The Twitter account has been running since September 2021, and the website has been live since April 2022.

These tools have become a part of thousands of people's web3 toolkit and helped them save considerable amounts of money. Some feedback from the community in response to a Twitter poll:
