[P3RKS](https://p3rks.xyz/) is helping the ecosystem grow by connecting DAOs, and their Members, directly with the protocols, products and services in the space looking for distribution. They build a member perks package from our partner network. We split the revenue generated from partners with the DAO.

We're incubating the project inside [Developer DAO](https://www.developerdao.com/), working with the DAO, it's Contributors, Members and partners to evolve the product to provide the right balance of value for everyone whilst minimising noise/spam typically associated with marketing and distribution.

We believe with the right balance and execution, P3RKS can serve as key tool for onboarding and retaining a new users, as well helping quality protocols, products and services gain direct distribution based on the DAO's folks are part of.

Projects eligible for the Public Goods small grants rounds have a broader scope that benefits the entire Ethereum or Web3 space.

Applicable projects should not be ENS-specific but may include ENS functionality. An example is etherJS, a developer library that has utility throughout Web3, not only for those building with ENS.
