Making ENS support better for the entire python ecosystem

## What is rotki?

rotki is an open source portfolio tracking, analytics, accounting, and tax reporting tool that protects your privacy. The mission of rotki is to bring transparency into the crypto and financial sectors through the use of open source. Most importantly, unlike virtually every other competing service which consists of closed source SaaS onto which you are forced to hand over all your financial data, with rotki your data is stored encrypted locally in your computer. It enables you to take ownership of your financial data!

## EIP 1577 content hashes

rotki has quite extensive ENS support. In our next release we are adding proper EIP1577 content hashes understanding for rotki. Users will be able to see any interactions with their ENS resolvers in a human readable format.

## EIP1577 python library

To achieve that we also made big contributions to a python library that has been unmaintained for almost 4 years in order to bring it up to date with modern dependencies: https://github.com/filips123/ContentHashPy/pull/2

Projects eligible for the Ecosystem small grants rounds are those that build on or improve the ENS Ecosystem.

Applicable projects are meaningfully building, creating content, or improving the ENS ecosystem. An example is ENSfairy.xyz, an ENS name-gifting tool that adds explicit functionality to the ENS ecosystem.
