We are seeking funding to build a website dedicated to connecting the general public to careers in Web3. Our platform, 'careerpaths.eth', will serve as a gateway to every major brand building on the blockchain, providing users with access to job postings and career opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem. Additionally, we aim to offer brands the option to purchase subdomains on 'careerpaths.eth' to list their own career opportunities, creating a comprehensive hub for Web3 job seekers.

Objectives:

1. Develop a user-friendly website: We will create an intuitive and visually appealing website that allows users to easily navigate through various career paths within the Web3 industry. The platform will provide comprehensive information about each brand building on the blockchain and their respective job openings.

2. Facilitate brand engagement: By offering brands the opportunity to purchase subdomains on 'careerpaths.eth', we aim to foster direct engagement between job seekers and companies in the Web3 space. This will enable brands to showcase their unique culture, values, and career opportunities, attracting top talent from within the Web3 community.

3. Fuel transactions across Ethereum: With awarded funds, we will allocate resources towards managing the development of the platform and ensuring its seamless integration with Ethereum. This will enable users to interact with 'careerpaths.eth' using Ethereum-based transactions, further promoting adoption and utilization of the blockchain network.

4. Research and team building: We recognize the importance of staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Web3.
