Andino's Experience and Achievements

• After two years of experience and learning with Andino, the web3 developer community, we have organized more than 45 IRL events so far. We have also organized three successful hackathons in LATAM. Through these events, we have identified the challenge faced by developers and programmers who want to start building projects, train in programming languages ​​such as Solidity, and master web3 technologies.

What is your goal with this grant?

• Our goal is to transform MEGACAMP into a sustainable program that continues to promote web3 technical talent in Latin America. To achieve this, the program will remain open source, allowing for active community participation and continued development. In our hackathon, we will focus on building innovative solutions that address specific challenges in the web3 ecosystem. These solutions will have a significant impact on the adoption and growth of the web3 ecosystem in Latin America, and will allow us to maintain leadership in training technical talent in the web3 ecosystem.
