Blu3 DAO (pronounced Blue DAO) is making the impossible, possible! 💫 We are an all-inclusive, intersectional DAO focused on empowering women, non-binary people, and allies to learn, earn, and play in web3 towards financial freedom. We are building the end-to-end ecosystem to ensure women have a strong community for learning, exploring, and building their careers in crypto. The “3” in Blu3 stands for Web3 but also represents a butterfly’s wing. We believe everyone has a unique journey, and we want to be the accelerating force in your metamorphosis to a blockchain butterfly 🦋

Learn
Learn bleeding-edge skills in web3 through hackathon, bootcamp, incubator, and accelerator programs. Key topics include blockchain development, DeFi, tokenomics, governance, and more.
Earn
Earn sustainable income by contributing to our DAO. You can earn Blu3 tokens and NFTs through open bounties on our Wonderverse board, and by participating in our Blu3 Builders program.

We have one life to live, let's do it right. Blu3 empowers you to live your life true to yourself and to pursue your passions. It's never too late! We are an open-minded and judgement-free zone. The vibes are right.
The Blu3 Builders Program
Our roadmap is looking brighter than ever ☀️ Over the next year, we will be launching new educational programs to support our DAO members. Since launching in February 2022, we have seen great success with our Blu3 Hacks program, which sponsors talented women and allies to be onboarded to web3 by coaching and mentoring them at a web3 hackathon. Now, let’s take it to the next level! We will be launching the Blu3 Bootcamp program by the end of 2022. This program will be an educational, cohort-based program where participants learn the basics of blockchain technology over 4-6 weeks. In the new year, we plan to launch the Blu3 Incubator program. This program helps women ideate and create projects in web3, or help them transition their projects from web2 to web3. By the end of 2023 we plan to launch our Blu3 Accelerator program. This program is for women founders to provide them their first-check investment and guidance on launching a venture scalable startup. All of the funding we receive goes directly to funding these programs that benefit our members.
Web3 Women Assembly
We are a proud member of the Web3 Women Assembly along with Surge Women, Boys Club, Meta Gamma Delta, We3, BFF, and CryptoMujeresDAO. Cross collaboration in this space is important, and we are excited to be partnering with their organizations to help accelerate our shared missions.
