Token-based permissions and pseudonymous wallets are eating the world.

There's no easy way to gather information from your token-enabled community. Lack of information is a problem because it becomes difficult to improve and manage your community sentiment, and it's hard to collect key information from your audience.

Introducing: DeFormed, a survey application for your web3 community.

With DeFormed, you can configure token-gated forms, share them with your community, collect responses, and analyze responses based on the respondent's token holdings.

How it works:

-Set up a new form or survey -Manage who can respond to the survey based on optional token-holding requirements -Send your form for people to fill out -Analyze responses based on the respondent's token holdings and flag submissions based on on-chain activity

And that's it! You can now collect information and manage your community in a decentralized manner.

We (the @mintkudosXYZ team) built this project at ETH Bogota and are now ready to take this initiative to the next level. We would love to partner with ENS to make ENS-native features available and also build the perfect product for the wider ENS community!

Some example integration features may include: -automatic conversion of form submitter's wallet address to human-readable ENS addrs -frictionless collection of the submitter's linked social accounts (github, discord, twitter, telegram, etc.) for organizations that are trying to collect & create sybil-resistant allowlists for their community
